stomach pains

I'm 39 weeks and right now I can't sleep. I'm having really bad heart burn. I keep throwing up and I feel like I gotta take a smurf but I can't. What do you think is wrong? Should I go into l&d?

Sounds like labor to me. My sister's started like that both times.

Im in labor. But they sent me home cause im not progressing enough. They said to come back when the contractions get stronger and closer.
