Finish up my cookie list

This is what I have:

Rosettes, krumkake and fattigman are all back on this weekend with my aunt.

By myself I am making:

Chocolate frosted mint bars
Chocolate chip mint cookies
Walnut fudge
Regular fudge
White chocolate, milk chocolate swirl fudge
Mocha fudge
Cinnamon sugar cookies
Sugar cut out cookies
Ginger bread cookies
Thumb print cookies
Cinnamon chocolate chip butterballs
Coconut chocolate bars
Glazed toffee Bon bons

Is there something I'm missing? Should remove? Replace something with something else? I feel good about this selection... But wonder am I going over board on fudge?

Because I love baking and this way I can give most of them away   But have a little of everything. Your think it's too much?

These are one of my go-to Christmas cookies. I make them every year and have ever since I was a kid. Everyone raves about them.

I hate baking. I went to make a batch of cookies last week and realized my flour was about 3 years past the expiration date, lol. I guess I don't use it much.

OMG. I have a large container of baking powder, and a spare on hand at all times. Same with salt and baking soda. I go through a 5 lb bag of I bleached whited flour and a 5 lb bag of whole wheat flour every month and a half at least. French toast, pancakes, waffles, cookies, white sauce... Etc.

cake cookies are ridiculously simple and delicious!
A box of cake mix, 2 eggs, and 1/3 cup of oil. Mix together and then drop onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes, depending on the size of your cookie. I like making the chocolate ones, also funfetti with sprinkles, and yellow cake with mini chocolate chips.

My mom just gave me a recipe for candied pecans if you'd want to try it. She say's they're amazing.
