Miscarriage and bleeding/tumor

I am having a miscarriage right now. I started bleeding Saturday, but it was not bad until Sunday. I should be almost 8 weeks along, but the baby only measured at 5 weeks. It was confirmed today that my HCG is going down. I am having clots come out, and wondered if there was any way to tell when it's getting close to being over, or if I will even notice when the baby comes out, as it will be tiny.
Because of this miscarriage, they did an ultrasound and found that I have a tumor on my left ovary, and the tumor will be taken out and probably the ovary too. They don't think it is cancer...but there is no way to know yet for sure.
I have not even been able to process anything. I want to be sad and scared, but my husband I think is taking it harder than I am right now. I feel numb. My wonderful son is keeping me sane with his sweetness...he is only almost a year, but he knows something is wrong. I am also grateful to my little angel baby, because if not they would not have found the tumor.

I'm so sorry momma   I went thru one in October and I kno exactly what your going thru   I bled for 12 days start to finish. I never knew exactly when I was passing the baby. I started having brownish discharge on a Monday and by wednesday it was really really bad with huge clots and I went to the ER and all they did was check my levels and do an ultrasound to confirm and sent me home. Thursday was bad too then just turned to like a period flow. PM me if you'd like momma *hugs*

Wow,i'm so sorry.  

Thanks everyone. I had the baby come out Friday. Now that it is mostly over (they still have to make sure it all came out) I had my breakdown and don't feel numb anymore. I can start getting through it now. We are going to plant a tree in the spring in honor of our baby. <3

I'm so sorry for your loss
I had a scan yesterday at the EPU as i've had some brown blood which has now turned red. There was a 6 weeks gestation sac but no baby, I should of been 8 weeks 5 days. Today i've had cramping almost like labour contractions but not as severe & passing small clots but not started with the heavy bleeding or passing big clots yet. Got to go back for another scan next week to double check there's no baby

I'm sorry! Have them make sure, but it sounds like what I just went through. I had a friend who right before she was suppossed to have a D&C after what they thought was a miscarriage, found a baby in the sac they had checked 2 times before and it was empty. Her baby was a miracle, but I also don't think she was passing clots. If you are for sure miscarrying, it can take a while. It took me 10 days to pass everything. Mine started out mild cramps, and then got worse. Then they got better after my water broke. Then they got worse again and I passes the baby, and it was pretty much over. Everyone's experience is different. Whatever happens, I wish you the best. <3

Hi, Yeah i'm pretty sure I miscarried. I past it 3 days ago, all i can describe it was like labour contractions but not as bad pain wise & a couple of gushes of blood with clots in it. The bleedings not to bad it's just lightish now. I've still got to go back on Tuesday to make sure it's all come out of me
