Diets Hm.

Ok I am sick of feeling and looking the way i do, I have on and off tried juicing but it didn't last...but do any of you ladies know if the Special K diet is legit?
I wanted to maybe try it out...
I weigh 195...I have never in my life weighed over 150...before i got pregnant i weighed about 140 which i want to get back down to...but for now i want to get down to 150 at least...I had a c-section and my daughter is 18 months now.

You're failing because you have to change your whole lifestyle in food. Diets don't work...

Fad diets are a joke. Eat healthy and exercise. As previosly stated, you have to change your lifestyle. With fad diets, you'll gain it all back unless you plan on eating Special K forever.

I understand, I cut out soda and i try to barely eat bread and instead i get wheat tortilla's and make a sandwich with turkey and cucumbers.
