a bit of info; BOTH houses are about the same in SQFT. both have 3 bedrooms and the 1st house has 2 baths and the 2nd one has 3baths.

- Barn
- In VA.
- Move in Ready.
- On 3acres.






Okay, house #2
Pros.
-10.5 acres!
-privacy
- beautiful kitchen cabinets
- fireplace
-finished basement.

I love house two. Feels more open and inviting? What are the cons? Thats a big one to consider.

I would go look at them in person before picking one.

I would choose house 1. I don't like the look of #2, but that's just me.

and its only 3acres.
with no fireplace.

I would choose #1, although it's only 3 acres it just looks more homey(sp) to me, not only that but there is potential there. Plus i don't like the look for the 2nd house.

I love the 2nd one, but the first one seems to be a little more practical in the way it's set up...Im not a fan of the Long kitchens like that and even the living room where he fire place is...furniture would be hard

100 yards is a football field, I could deal with neighbors that close, lol. But my neighbors are like.... 4 yards away from house to house. Lol.

yes furniture would be very hard!!

Oh I can see your problem with deciding they're both lovely!! Think I'm leaning towards house #2 though! 

I like house #1 better but i'd prefer 10 acres to 3.

I would personally pick number 1.
I am thinking long term and maintenance.
I would rather have no stairs to climb and less to clean, while still having a nice looking home, when I get old.
