I use the ace wrap.the really long ones to wrap ur leg or arm..cause the other ones r alot and those r cheap and u can put them as tight as u want..I told my sis to use one but she didn't listen and she has just one kids and always talks crap cuz I look like I have no kids..lol I tell her well u should have tried it..get one it helps alot..never worked out a day in my life after haven my kids..

I wish someone told me that after my first!! I just thought breastfeeding was as good as it got and Id have to find time to work out like a maniac. Thanks soooooo much!! aha I'm definitely going to get one. im so excited now!
