sharp pain from one side to the other

in only 10 weeks prego but i keep getting this sharp pain that goes from one side all the way to the other.... what can it be?

If you're worried about you should call your OB. I had alot of crazy pains including this while i was pregnant. Most of them were from the baby being on a nerve.
