I started my weight loss and muscle toning today. 100 sit ups with the about rocket. 2 sets of 50 with 10 lb weights (for my arms) and 1 hour on the exercise bike. I'm hoping to lose about 15-20 lbs. I'm at 145 right now and I'm 5' 7". 120 lbs is my pre pregnancy weight and I would LOVE to get back to that but between 125-130 would be OK too :-) I just really hope I stick with it. I have a tendency to lose motivation after about a week. But I REALLY want to stick with it. I'm determined!
