How much weight can I (healthily) lose in 6 months? I need to lose about 70 lbs. total, if that gives you an idea.

2lbs a week is the limit on healthy I think. so you have 24 weeks give or take and that leaves you down 48lbs. I am sure you can lose more in a week but it gets to the unhealthy range of it.

I need to loose a good 70lbs too I really want to loose it before summer time

Me too. SO and I have been planning on just getting married at the courthouse, but an incredibly sweet officiant offered to perform our ceremony on the beach for free in May/June. So even though it'll just be us and our close friends attending, I still want to look smokin' in a dress.
