I personally do it because my husband is my family ... we do not have kids can't post pics of them yet ...don't see the issue

and he's something to look at so why not? I hate pics of myself but can stare at and take pics of my babe all day lol

You can post pics of your hubby on your profile, kids or no kids haha, I know on a mom site can feel a bit out of place being even on here with no kids but you are married no shame in being proud of that.....
