Meatloaf in a crockpot?

This recipe is almost identical to the one I use:

Besides the milk. I've never used milk in my meatloaf. What does it do to it?

Also... is it better in the crockpot? It takes 3 hours to cook... versus about 70 minutes in the oven. Just wondering if it's worth it

I use milk, I like the taste better.

So it's like super juicy? LOL. Mine are always pretty wet after using the eggs and Worcestershire sauce. So I just omitted the milk because I felt like it'd be TOO wet.

I feel like it'd be mushy lol. IDK about the milk. I make meatloaf muffins because they cook in 35 minutes and I only use like 4 ingredients

I'm just worried it'll come out.... soggy? Like the outer part won't be crisp like it is in the oven.

I use a splash of milk, 2 eggs, 2lb meat and throw a bunch of spices together (or just use a dry french onion soup packet if I'm lazy) pop it in the oven at 400 for an hour...everyone loves it

Was totally planning on just making tacos tonight.... but I'm craving meatloaf

LOL. I always forget one when we're out. And we literally just bought new baking pans like last week
