emotional breakdown

so Sophia s been given coffeine in order to regulate her hertbeats and apnea (commune in premature babys ) (shes a 29weeker,31+4 atm) and tonight her heart beat was at 200-210 bpm nd she was crying and unsettled.once she got her fed and we had a cuddle she felt asleep . but i dont know what to do and where to turn to.she is not putting weight as she should be ,and now seeing her like this today ,after an argument with her dad aswell ..i dont know how to cope with all this , my milk is mixed with formula cause its not giving her enough calories ...i just feel lost in all this

I dont know really what tell you never had baby that early. Has her doctor said anything on how to help her with getting more calories ? Sorry your going through all this, hope it gets better.

they started to mix my milk with formula for preemies.They were saying that it is going to help and if she tolerates it they are going to incrase the formula to half and half my milk.

Is there any support groups where you live ? It might help talk to other moms going through what your going through. Might also help with what they might have done to help there babies and getting some insight.

i dont know if there are but in all honesty , i dont think i would have time to go anywhere...i actually need more hours in a day...
