when u have a date night

What do you guys do?

DH alwaysssss wants to go to the movies and I'm so sick of going specially since its always ones he wants to see.


Suggestions?

THIS!!!! We never get date nights either because we are broke or no babysitter.

We usually goes to concerts or bars. There are enough bands coming through Denver that we rarely do dinner or movies.

On our last date night, DH and I went to a really nice restaurant and then saw a comedy improv show at a coffee shop. I hate going to the movies unless there is something we both really want to see because I can't talk to him. Its nice to not only be able to carry on an 'adult' conversation but a conversation period without little ones always interrupting us.

Well since we both work full time and it was my birthday yesterday and he worked late were going out tonight.

I feel like i never see him   another reason i don't wanna do a movie

Dinner at Texas Roadhouse or the Japanese steakhouse in town and a redbox movie.

We usually go to the club for a nice dinner then gambling on the slot machines  

It used to be dinner and movies... but I don't like the movies. I feel like we can do that at home with our kid asleep. For those few, precious times we are child-less, we go to dinner, walk the beach and maybe get frozen yogurt after.

I want a date night!!! If we ever got a night with a sitter I don't think we would know what to do with ourselves.

We either go to dinner and then play pool, just go play pool, go out to dinner then go home and watch a movie, or just go home and watch a movie. We're usually exhausted and can't stay out past 11 lol
And we'd rather rent a $1 movie from Redbox than go to the theaters and spend $20+ just on tickets.

We ARE going to see The Hobbit next weekend though

My Dh and i had a date night last night we went to the mall, got each other something then went out to dinner and enjoyed each others company

When we used to have date nights, we'd do dinner and then a movie at home and sexy time lol.

We don't get date nights right now because we have a 2 month old and I'm not comfortable leaving her with anyone yet. So when she's in bed, we play Magic the Gathering or we watch a movie. That's kind of a nightly thing for us, so it's like we have a "date" every night. It's pretty nice, actually!
