DD will only be 14 weeks old... What kind of things should I get her?! Wow it feels weird being a mum and having the first christmas with my baby

I would say that if you just want to have something wrapped for her under the tree, to buy a few things that she needs (clothes, bibs, diapers, maybe a toy or two) and wrap it up. At 14 weeks your baby isn't really going to be able to participate that much. She won't know what is going on anyway. My daughter will be almost 7 months and we're not getting her much, we've wrapped up a few outfits and some bibs and pacifiers and will probably buy a toy but that's it. Just gonna wrap a few things up so she can experience the whole box and wrapping paper thing. Next year will be a bigger deal.

Yeah, I don't wanna waste a load of money if she wont be able to appreciate it anyway. I might get her a couple of things that she can use in the near future.

We usually don't buy baby clothes new, but for christmas we have bought a couple new outfits just because it's nice to every once in a while. She needed some new bibs and pacifiers so that's why we got those. We're gonna pick out a couple toys that she will be able to use more as she gets older. Of course you wanna have something for them but just remember that you don't have to go all out.   My daughter's birthday and my birthday are 4 days apart and my parents didn't really get me much of anything for my first Christmas!

Teething toys, rattles, clothes, bibs etc. DD is 5 months and i got her a little activity table, a few outfits and a little toy purse type thing. She's really into lights and things that make music so i figured i get what she needed.
