signs of being pregnant with #2..

My husband and I are not trying but we are not preventing either. I have a period tracker on my phone and it says im due to start my period on the 16th.
Anyway, since yesterday I have been having light spotting, a little cramping, and headaches. But what really has me questioning it is that every time I sneeze, laugh or cough I pee myself a little like when I was pregnant with my first, and after I had her I never did that unless I jumped on a trampoline lol.
So what were your first symptoms of #2? did you 'just know' could you tell earlier then with your first?

Every time I stood up and walked I would be dizzy, actually ran into the side of a car at 4 weeks before I knew I was pregnant. Then I got incredibly horrid heartburn, then I knew.

My signs were sore boobs, always. Oh, and my missed period.

I knew, and I was right  
Tested 4 days before AF and got my BFP.
How I knew: tired. Sore boobs.

first sign was sore boobs. car sick big time in the car by the time we backed out of our driveway. dehidraited feeling. missed af. but mainly the sore boobs.

That really sounds like implantation bleeding to me.

I didnt have any signs until i was almost 2 months. old is your first? only because im almost 5 months post pardum and my period is still screwy

very tired, heavy/sore boobs.. I was taking a shower one night & noticed my boobd felt very heavy. & I just knew! sure enough I took a test a few days before AF & got two dark positives!

hmm..well I dont have sore boobs, but I didn't have that with my first either, they just got really big, but my boobs stayed really big after I had her so idk if I should go by boobs haha.
Its weird because I dont get cramps before my af comes, I get them after and even after having my daughter it was still the same until now..

Oh! I also got really bad break outs on my face.. Zits everywhere!

Yeah im almost 5 months post-pardum too but my periods went back to normal after I had her, Maybe it is my period

But I thought frequent urination was an early pregnancy symptom..
