When she doesn't kick..

posted 5th Dec
I get so scared! This morning she didn't kick at all. Usually she kicks right when I wake up, but nothing. So I drank some water, ate some food and still nothing. I went and laid on my side for awhile and no kicks still. It was really worrying me. My boyfriend tried reassuring me that she's fine but I still couldnt stop worrying about it. Well after poking my belly and talking to her for a minute she started kicking like crazy!! What a freaking relief!

haha im the same exact way now im 37 weeks and theres barely ne room for her to move now and it even says that the farther along you are the less youll feel movement so dont freak out ... drink juice or eat something sweet if u dont feel her move that usually wakes her up.. but if u dont feel movement for a long time call your OB

When I was pregnant I freaked out a lot when DS didn't move much & there was even a 24 hour period where he didn't move until I was sleeping(SO had his hand on my stomach so he felt it but I didn't) but he's perfectly fine. He sleeps a lot so I'm assuming that's what he did in my tummy too.

Her kicks will become less and further apart because there is less room for her to do it in since she is so big now and you are near your due date.
As long as she kicks or wiggles twice in a 24 hr period..I wouldn't worry.

My baby used to be super active, never had a lazy day. One day he had barely moved at all and I was terrified. Then around 30 weeks I had a lot less movement. Dramatically less, but it was gradual and the OB said he probably ran out of room. Two weeks ago (so like 34 weeks) he was like, just kidding, and started moving all over the place again. There are certain things I can do to make him move though, so if I am ever worried I just do those things.

I love BG just for this reason. My boyfriend makes me feel like i'm crazy when I get so worried and now I feel normal again lol. It's a horrible feeling when she doesn't kick. I've read all these stories about women losing their babies randomly and it's literally become my biggest fear. Now she has the hiccups lol she gets the hiccups everyday at least once, if not more.

My baby girl did this to me the other morning she's the same way when Daddy and I wake up, baby wakes up, and starts kicking. And she didn't. I had just had a dream of losing her as well. And that made it ten times worse. Eventually I got her to squirm a little. And then later she was really active, and she beat me up yesterday and today for pissing her off

That's been happening with my little boy recently too, except he's barely been moving for the past three days. I went to the hospital today and turns out he's completely fine.. He actually made me look stupid because as soon as they put the heart monitor on my belly, he started kicking it which caused everyone to know that he was moving like crazy but I swear he didn't move at all until then.. lmao. But anyway.. I guess they just have lazy days sometimes.
