and to add, the adoptive parents KNEW the father hadnt given permission, because the adoption agency told them that he could dispute... but they went through with it anyway.

It was a work related move, not a "i don't want to be a dad, smurf you, bye" move. He fully intended on coming back and being a parent, and they were MARRIED, nonetheless, it's not a woman he slept with a few times and got pregnant on accident..

From what was told she gave the adoption agency the wrong address knowing he wasn't there

If you read it, you would see he is Military. They told him to move.

So they just threw up their hands and said "welp, we tried, dad dropped the ball"?   No, it doesn't work like that.

That makes me smurfing sick. Both parents should have to agree on adoption and obviously the father wanted the baby... That couple needs to give that child back, its already been a year and a half.. The kid is going to be terrified. That should have never happened in the first place. What a piece of smurf mother... Smh if she didn't want the child she could hve easily signed away her rights to he father not some strangers.

First off that little girl is effing adorbale!!!! Some states like Utah a mother can give the baby up for aoption without the fathers permission. HUGE battle going on about that now over there. Anyways what she did was messed up. Obviously she wanted to hurt him and be a bitch. Now their is an innocent child involved.

1. The parents knew that the dad could contest it and went through with it anyway.
2. The adoption agency knew she was married and went through with it anyway.

He deserves his child back. This is why I would never go through an agency but if BD would have wanted our LO I never would have placed her. I feel for the mom though, she didn't seem to want to be pregnant by suggesting abortion or adoption and probably resented her husband [ex] for insisting that she stay pregnant.

That's so messed up. I would literally want to kill that lady.

It's horrible for the adoptive parents, but this child is this mans flesh and blood. He deserves to win & I hope he gets his kid back.

He already won they judge told them they have 60 days to return her. They are trying to appeal the ruling.

The father is in the military. He can't "stay around until the baby is born" if the Army tells you to do something, you do it. You don't have the choice. This mother was a selfish woman. And he absolutely deserves to get his baby back. No questions

Ok one thing I don't understand is how she can say he abandoned his wife during pregnancy and never tried to get his daughter back for 19 months. He HAD to move and couldn't find out where she was!!
