Crying for 1 minute is not crying it out IMO

Anytime my baby is sick I don't care if he's restless or not, I cuddle and love on him just as I normally would. Cause I can't stand to hear him cry either, esp when he's not feeling well.

I think that any time a child is sick, not comforting them is just wrong. My 11 month old had been sick for 2 days now and been sleeping in our bed. But he is feeling alot better today and will go back in his crip tonight no exceptions. Sick kids deserve to be comforted, loved on, and spoiled.
And CIO is letting your kid cry until they stop or fall asleep so no 1 minute is not CIO.

He didn't want anything to do with me! lol..I always cuddle him to sleep, (we co sleep) but today it was like he was having no part of it. He is teething, and has a runny nose   he was asleep within 3 minutes!

Oh I totally agree! he just needed to nap before I work this afternoon or it would have been a rough day for him!
