None of the above. If you can find goat milk, get that. It is the closest drink you can have to human breastmilk, has no known allergens, and is easiest to digest.

This! We do goat, but raw cow milk is better than pasteurized.

Skim/fat free milk. And there's a brand called 'Smart Balance' that is non hormonal/organic and has a heart healthy version. It tastes better to me than regular milk.

Do they sell the other milks listed at a regular grocer in the same section as the other milk? I'm going shopping today, but I've never noticed anything other than the gallons of cows milk, and almond or soy milk in cartons.

I like Almond Milk better than Skim. It doesnt taste so much like water.

Kroger sells Goat milk cold in the organic section. (Fry's or whatever if you dont have Kroger) or you can buy it in a can near baking/evaporated/dry milk.

Smart Balance is sold in the dairy section or organic depending on the store.

Smart Balance comes in half gallon cartons and is usually mixed in near the Silk. It's cows milk though, just fat free hormon free and heart healthy
