Scheduled c-section

So im 33 weeks today and my doc is gonna schedule me for a c-section at 39 weeks... SAY im 37 weeks and contracting can i still have a vbac ?????????

Depends on the hospital and your doctor. That's something you should ask your doctor though.

does your doctor allow VBAC? usually you have to go through some sort of process to see if you are eligible. I would definitely bring it up at your next appt if you're interested in doing that rather than a c section. Why schedule a c section if you don't want to? I had an emergency c section with my first, and if and when I have a second I'm definitely going to ask about doing a vbac.

my doc didnt give me an option b.c with my first child i had an emergency c-section so i guess she feels better doing another one . BUT i had my daughter 3 1/2 years ago
