gut feeling...

The past couple of weeks my fiance has been really distant and just...off.. about a month ago he got up in the middle of the night and said he was going to sleep on the couch. When I got up in the morning I got on our tablet and the internet was pulled up to Craig's list with an add for a girl looking for a "good time". I got a little suspicious and started looking through the history. He had looked at 13 other posts exactly like it. All in our area and our age... I confronted him about it and he said he was just curious to see what stupid girls posted on Craigslist. Ever since then he has been acting off.. he texts me at least once a week saying he will be home late because he has A LOT to do.. idk if I'm just being paranoid now or if something is really up... I ask him what's going on and he says he is just stressed with bills and everything... I just have this gut feeling something isn't right... I've been cheated on A LOT. All except one ex has cheated on me so I don't know if I'm just being paranoid or if something is really going on... what would you do? Would you confront him? Advice please!!

Well you definitely have a right to be concerned. I think it's suspicious, but I have no real advice, sorry.

With me i always had a feeling and it's always been right, but you've already confronted him and he gave you his answer, if you think he's up to something wait until you get proof, no point in causing problems when you don't even know for sure he's doing something.

I'd be suspicious too. Sounds like you already did confront him, and nothing came of it. Maybe wait it out and see if anything else fishy happens. Ive never been in that situation before so I dont have and personal experience for advice, but can you show up at his work place the days he claims he has to stay late and see if he is actually there?

You have a right to be concerned. I would just be straight forward and ask him if he really wants be in relationship. Or if he just staying because he feels like he has too.

Usually your gut instinct is the correct one. I'm sorry you have to go through that.

Id say something is up, there should be no reason he would want to see what stupid girls post, or sleep on the couch if hes just stressed over bills. And if hes staying late working once a week that's extra money for bills to relieve stress some. Sounds sketch as hell.

We only have one car right now so unfortunately I can't....

That's what I was thinking... if he is working late he shouldn't be as stressed... or sleeping on the couch...
