Weird abdominal pain

I woke up this morning with a pain in my abdomen. It's right around my bellybutton. It's a real tender-like pain, like I have a bruise there, but there's no bruise. It hurts anytime I move and if I touch the area.

The only time I've ever had a pain like this was when I had a UTI/ovarian cyst rupture. But the pain then was way worse. Today it's just uncomfortable. Painful, but not excruciating.

Anyone know what could be causing this pain?
