I didn't see anywhere where you said why he was taken or why you havent gotten him back yet.

She said she was young and was using at the time (as in drugs). That is why she lost him.

no i have a 1 month old son, one on the way, and the EX fiance kids which were my step kids and then my oldest who i don't have custody of. that don't = 5 becuase me and him are no longer together there for it's just me and my 1 month old now

So what you're saying is it would be normal if I divorced DH and he won custody of my daughter, I shouldn't acknowledge her anymore?

Isn't that exactly what she said? You have 5 kids including the one who are pregnant with. Two aren't yours, but you still claim them, so that makes 5.
1 (son who you don't have) + 2 (step kids- who you claim) + 1 (your 1 month old) + 1 (baby with whom you are pregnant) = 5 kids.

No one gets bitched at for claiming their own damn children.
