Imma tell you why he is loosing against her.
Because according to CPS you are allowed to spank your child, as long as it is a open hand on the bottom...and that is all his picture is showing. He is going to get no place with that photo. He would need to prove her neglectful.
Getting drunk is not against the law...hell the judge probably gets bashed on the weekends.
That is why he is loosing.. he needs to come better than that...sS far it is just his words against hers...
If she is on drugs he needs a photo of her actively doing them.

Not true. My SO was on drugs when we were broken up and going to court and all I did was tell them at our first court date and they surprise drug tested him on the spot.

I didn't even notice that. But you're right, if he calls CPS then having a case open will have them at least open another one to make sure what got your oldest taken isn't happening again.

i was youn and dumb. long story short me and his dad was never together, i met this guy when i was 3 months preg with him the guy was no good at all he was abusive and did drugs. we use to fight all the time, after i had my son i started using and CPS opened a case and took my son i couldn't get it together and they gave custody to his dad
