the case isn't really open anymore. it was with my oldest son who will 7 on the 15th. he was taking from me when he was 8 months old his dad has custody

Why was he taken away from you?

Point is... Right now, go to the courthouse and get a protection order. It's what they do before a restraining order to keep you and your child safe while court preceedings take place.

Let the police know what he's saying, too.

It will definitely help. Save the text, along with any other threats you get from him. If he calls, record the conversation. That way if there are any threats made, you will have them on tape.

Well then he doesn't have smurf on you.
Why don't you have custody of your oldest though? They don't just take custody from the mom and never give it back after 6+yrs for no reason.

I agree 100% my father was a drug addict and alcoholic. He did way more damage to us than he did good.

Unless she just changed that.
