Last night, I was reading up a little about nipple stimulation for labor. From what I read, it worked to induce labor or to help labor pick back up for a lot of women.

What are your experiences with it?

I used my breast pump as stimulation with my first son. It didn't help put me into labor or anything. I went overdue with him. Lol.

I tried manual and also with a pump. It did make me feel light contractions however when I would stop, so would they... Good luck hun

It definitely made my contractions more intense.. but I was already in pre labor

AFTER I was already in pre-labor. (Timeable contractions that were far apart). I used my double breast pump for a while. They got close together pretty fast. I ended up in the hospital with a baby about 24 hours later.  

I don't recommend it to induce labor or start contractions, but it definitely helped speed things up.

I was also wondering this too. Right now I've just been doing lots of walking. Today I've had tons of stomach tightening my stomach will get hard as a rock and alot of dull back pain but nothing strong.

I have an electric breast pump that I plan on using if I need to. I used it for a few minutes last night, just because I was curious what a breast pump felt like..Hah. Afterward, I felt extremely crampy for a few hours. Also, I'm getting some evening primrose. I've heard wonderful things about it and it's just supposed to soften the cervix, so...It's not like it's going to put me in full blown labor, but it'll help me progress as time goes on.

I've been taking it orally. I know your suppose to shove it up your vag, but the last 2 weeks my vag has hurt it was super swollen and sensitive. I don't hurt anymore and will start, but Im wondering if it will do anything since Im so far along. I think i'll do it anyways cause mentally Ill be thinking heyyy this could help me have a natural labor///
