because working and being a mom doesn't make fulltime school doable so it's taking me forever to get hrough prereqs then to get into the program it could be a two year wait, and it's a two year program.
I'd rather do something else.

I was going full time but they changed te way they set up the due dates and it was impossible for me to get everything in. Plus I got super super depressed. So now I just do 2 classes at a time. I have to take winter off too now so now I won't graduate until next dec   I'm so sad about it. But I am going for early childhood education. So part of me gets down because I'll never make good money and it's virtually useless in this state   so it gets me down a lot.

But there's something to be said for following your passion and achieving goals! It's not all about money!   What do you do for work now?

Ah okay the program here only takes 12 people a year so it could be longer. But I'm going back full time and my SO may be able to helps me somewhat as im taking the refresher classes first because i can not remember anything lol its been to LONG.

I teach preschool. But in this state it's dumb cause in headstart ican be a lead teacher when I finish my BA but in state funded preschool I can only be an assistant   it sucks. It makes pay go waaaay down and it's very frusterating when I have more ece knowledge than the elementary teachers that are allowed to be leads. They literally only have to take 4 classes in ece and do one sem student teaching in prek. Prek is a whole diff world than public school. So I get super frustrated because I always get stuck training new teachers  

I think I am a freak. I feel like i am WAY more effective while I work as well as go to school. Its easier to get energy to clean house, the only negative thing is i never have time for friends.

I do understand that, my wedding was 3 weeks into nursing school, and 2 days before my first test! It was actually EVERYONE's lowest test score... Except it was my highest! I got a 91 on that test, and have made high B's on every test since. The stress of being busy kept me focused during study time because I knew I HAD to study right then, there was no other option.

I feel like I rock out the extra stress. TIME is my only weakness. If I could master time, I would be unstoppable.

I'm also really worried if I get a job we won't qualify for daycare assistance..

you should find out what the income limit would be. i make a ton of money waitressing so its worth it to us

yah I can't do that.. I have a kid to take care of on my own and financially provide for lol.

My SO works but not like he should my mom can watch them on tuesdays and then my friend may watch them for free on thursdays from 11-4 or so... I dont know how this is going to work because the van has the car seats in it.

an i ask how much you make a year? you should qulify for atleast a little help
