if you had a scan at 32 weeks or so, what was baby's estimated weight and what did they weigh when they were born?

Babies born at 32 weeks are usually around 4 lbs give or take I think.

They measured him to be about 4 and a half lbs told me he would be about 7 and a half lbs at birth. Then I had one at the day before I was induced and they said 7lbs 3oz. Ya. He was 9lbs 15oz.

i don't mean if they were born now, my son is measuring 4 pounds 12 ounces right now and she said when measurements are that easy for her to get, she's usually only off by a half pound.

i'm so scared lmao he's in the 76th percentile.

At 30 weeks the estimated my last baby to be at 4lbs 7oz. He was 10.05lbs at birth at exactly 40 weeks.

did you do it naturally? did you tear, or did they do an episiotomy?

Even if he is big...your body is made for this. It will be okay

I'm so scared.

My first was born at 37w4d, and he was 4 pounds 15 ounces. I really want to do this naturally, even more so than last time.. I hope I don't chicken out.

I'm trying to stay positive! I want to try and labor at home longer and have everything a lot more relaxed and easygoing. I stretched with LO1 so i'm really scared of what's gonna happen down there this time lol

I delivered him vaginally. I had the epi, but they turned it off 3 hours before I had him so I felt everything. I only had minimal 1st degree tearing. I would never agree to an episiotomy. I can give you the link to my labor story if you want!

Vaginal birth with an epidural. I had an episiotomy but not a bad one. Not one tear

Sure, that would be great

When i had my son, they told me they don't perform episiotimy's anymore because they found a tear heals better. And I have new doctors/different hospital this time and they seem a lottttt better than the last so I'm happy about that!

Mine healed up fine with no problems all I remember hearing while in labor was saying if he did it the baby would come out faster and I swear the only thing that registered in his sentence was faster and I said yes lol

My midwife kept saying she didn't wanna cut over and over and over. But at the last second she did it because my sons shoulder got caught on my pelvic bone. She cut and kinda yanked him out the best she could without breaking his collarbone.(he had pooped in his water so they were in a bit of a hurry lol)
