Need help for a friend !!!

Hi !
One of my friend ( who is 1  gave birth to her son two weeks ago at 34weeks & 3 days of pregnancy. She is really worried for her baby and has no support from the dad (that left her when he found out she was pregnant ) she is starting to get really depressed and I don't know what to do in order to help her.
Any other teen mom gave birth to preemies here ? What did you do to deal with the stress and everything that goes with the first weeks/ months of life of your preemie ? What can I do to help her !?

Any input and avdices would be more than welcome !  

I was 18 when I had my LO. I had her 2 1/2 months early and BD wasn't really around he had another child three days after mine so I'm guessing he felt that child was more important. However I did have some family support. Is she home with the baby or is the baby in the NICU?

The baby is in NICU that's why she feels really guilty and alone, was your baby in NICU too !? if yes how did you deal with that !? How are things with the dad now ?

Alayah does not see her bio. Father at all and I'm perfectly fine with it. She has a awesome step dad. As for the NICU she was there for 4 weeks it was hard on me because I also felt lonely. This website and also talking to my friends helped me get over my depression. My advice is talk to your friend as much as you can maybe have her get a book to real while she is at the hospital. Does her little one have and problems? My daughter only needed to work on feelings so I didn't really worry I knew she was in great hands.
