Went for my 6week PP visit today and doc cleared me for everything except abdominal workouts. She said I need to wait another month or so before I do that. My question is, (should've asked doc but forgot to) do you think it's ok for me to bowl? I'm one of those that spins the ball so I use a bit more abdominal muscles than a straight bowler would use...but it's not as strenuous on my abs as, lets say, a sit up...
what do you think? would it be ok? I'm seriously freaking out because I'm so excited to bowl again. I haven't since I was 33 weeks.

try using a lighter ball than usual and take it easy...if it hurts then stop

I personlly would not, but because i always get a little sore afterwards. I wouldn't wnt to hurt anything. But i am SUPER paranoid lmao

I would. But I'm the type to trust my body with these types of things. Like...if it's not a good idea, I can usually tell.
