I used to douche before it came out that it was so bad for you. Like, it could potentially spray poop particles farther up there, for example.

i completely agree with what everyone else is saying. its super bad for you. you vagina naturally cleans itself. and after sex or a period i just spray down there with the shower hose to make myself feel cleaner.
