Good. I hope everything goes well. Get a lawyer as soon as you can!

I'm not sure what the state laws are for you but I suggest recording phone calls. Also look into taking a parenting class, the courts look favorably at this. If you ever meet him to allow him some sort of visitation, take another adult with you. If he shows up unannounced at your house call the police immediately, at the very least he would be trespassing.

i have been keeping logs of everything, even tho there is a protection order still does not stop him from calling, sending and leaving threating calls, text and voicemails. as far is visting my son goes i am not letting him anywhere near him
