Lower back pressure

I am 33 weeks pregnant. A few days ago I lost my plug, yesterday I thought I peed myself a little, and today I started having a ton of lower back pressure. It starts right where my back ends and where my butt begins, then goes down and feels like I am on the toilet trying to poo, and ends in my leg right before my knee begins. I have been having Braxton Hicks' for a few weeks now but now I'm having some period like cramps. The baby is kicking. I tried to take a warm bath to see if that would help but it hasn't. Any ideas?

Maybe call L&D and see what they say.

It kind of sounds like labor. That's exactly how I felt when I was in labor. I had pains like I had to poo and I lost my mucus plug.

I'd call L&D, are the cramps timeable? Sounds almost like the back labor I had with my first son and kind of sounds like "the urge to push" feeling.

Yeah I'd call... I didn't have any back pain just that feeling i had to do #2 and i almost had my baby in the toliet i got to the hospital I was at 9. Don't wait out the unusal.

Thanks everyone for your input. They gave me 4 shots in total and the contractions almost stopped completely. 3 to stop them and one was roids to mature the lungs. I have to go to dr as soon as they open for another dose of roids. I have to go back tomorrow for another shot and I have to take meds at home to keep my contractions at bay. I didn't think I was in labor but apparently I was. lol
