Getting Close...

I went to the doctor today. I'm 3 cm dilated, 90% effaced & my baby boy has is in position. I guess labor could come any day now. I am sooo excited & so ready. I know none of these things mean much & I could still go over, but I was so paranoid my body wouldn't know what to do. And hearing that I've made more & more progress each week is so exciting to me. Lol. On the downside, I just developed my first & very intense round of heartburn. I have had it ALL day, since I woke up at 5:30AM & it's now 11:49PM. This sucks & I'm sorry to any of you who have had it throughout your entire pregnancy.


Anyways, how are all of you other mommy's doing?

I'm 1 cm dilated   and i was NOTHING on wednesday... less than a week and i dilated to 1.  

i want this girl out now tho, lmao.

Me too, girl! He is estimated around 7 1/2 lbs. My doctor says it could be less or more, but he thinks it's pretty accurate. And he also thinks by the time I deliver he will be about 8 lbs or so. Big boy, lol.

Just expect him to be more lol. That way if he's not then you got lucky. They estimated my son at 7lbs 3oz the day before he induced me so I didn't expect more than 8 lol. WRONG. 9lbs 15oz later haha.

They said my third would be around 11 1/2 lbs ti 12 lbs at 40 weeks because in the end he was gaining a pound a week (from 35 lbs on) and at 38 weeks exactly he came out at 9 lbs 0.8 oz lol

my 1st they estimated him to be less than 6 lbs he was 7, 13. They didn't guess with my daughter she was 8, 2. A couple days before my twins were born they were estimated baby A at 6, 3 and B at 5, 6 they weighed 6, 2 and 5, 7 that is the closest that I had heard of the estimates getting to the true birth weight.

My first they estimated 8 lbs and he was 7 lbs 13 oz at 37 1/2 weeks. My second they said would be between 4 lbs 12 oz and 5 lbs 5 oz. She was born at 38 weeks 5 days and was 6 lbs 13 oz

Lol nice so if you went to full term then they probably would've been right!
I looked at my doctor after I had him and asked how my son magically gained almost 3 lbs in a day lol.
I was an 11lbs baby

I was like OMG he's huge. I had a csection but that didn't make ur better honestly. He was stuck. He had dropped way earlier and I was having constant contractions that just kept pushing him lower. A nurse literally was between my legs pushing my uterus up so the doc could get his hand under his head. His cord was wrapped around his neck so they were trying to hurry too

Poor little guy!
I had my son vaginally. His shoulder got caught on my pelvic bone and my doctor almost broke his collarbone trying to pry him out quickly because he had pooped in his water.
But lemme tell ya.. I love when I tell people how much he weighed at birth and they mention c section right away. I laugh and say "nope didn't have one" The looks are PRICELESS. haha

Lol, I am. My aunt had him & he estimated her baby's weight perfectly. He told her he would be 8 lbs however many oz, give or take 2 lbs. I guess meaning, he could be 6 lbs or could be 10 lbs. And he was born the next day rights at 8 lbs. So I'm hoping he is right on it with mine, but he did say you'll never know for sure until baby arrives.

How exciting! I'm progressing a little he said I'm a "finger tip" dilated, which is better than no progress right? I've been walking and doing squats all day.
