My sex drive is horrible

I love my boyfriend very much. But my sex drive is getting lower and lower. To the point i really don't want it. What is a way to boost my sex drive? I don't feel depressed, although I have had issues in the past. Any ideas would help!!! Thank you!

I wish I could help, I am having the same problem, and I am one month PP, I have also dealt with depression in the past...I worry so much my DH is starting to resent me for it

I had absolutely zero sex drive until about a month ago. My baby is almost 9 months old. I went to a pure romance party and got a cream thing that really helps! We also bought a ton of toys..... Both have helped me so much.

I'm the same way!!! I wish I could help! maybe watch some porn or something!!! my sex drive went away before my pregnancy!!! I dont know what causes it!!! I used to love sex!!!

I have phases like this as well. DH has issues with depression, and at an appointment his doctor asked him how often we have sex. DH didn't lie, and said not often. Well I actually got told that to help get him out of his "funks" I need to have sex with him more often. Kinda hard when your not in the mood!

Are u on any meds that could effect ur sex drive? Did you just have a baby?? Might take time for ur hormones to get back to normal. Sometimes u just gotta do it and the more sex u have the more u will want it. IMO.

My son is almost 4 years old. I just don't feel in the mood. I just want to cuddle. I am losing weight right now so that i can feel better about myself physically and I think I am doing good, i have lost 22 pounds in 4 months., But I don't know what is wrong with me,. My boyfriend has already cut down A LOT on how much sex he wants. But he has to practically beg me for any attention

There can be many reason y u dont have a sex drive..... If ur invested in figuring out y maybe talk to ur doc and see if they can do some blood work to make sure there is nothing medically wrong..

My sister told me about Vitamin B12 and vitamin D3, they are the happy and energetic vitamins our bodies need to feel 'right' again...she said she tried both and she feels like her and her husband of 13 years just started dating again! and before they would hardly have sex maybe once a month...I am going out to buy some! It couldnt hurt to try them right?
