I feel so accomplished!!

I've been wanting to start getting completely ready for little Emma to get here but I haven't really had much help so I took it upon myself. Today, I got our closet cleaned out (2 huge boxes of crap thrown away!) and dusted off all the dressers and the TV (ooh man...it was so bad) and put her bassinet together, and put her little fuzzy blanket on it with her purple dino inside   The next step is washing all her clothes and blankets! I feel so much better now that I got a good start on it   I think they call this nesting right? lol  

I wonder if its motherly instinct, but so far ive done everything for my little girl, built her dresser/change table, built the bassinet, organized all her clothes,blankets, wipes and diapers into the dresser, and i will probably be the one building her crib to... although its probably better that i do it anyways my husband isnt really a handy man lol

Haha it must be! I've organized her clothes and stuff but it was kind of pointless because I still gotta wash them, and then reorganize them. I love getting ready for her though..it's so weird lol, and when everything is finally ready...i'll just be able to relax and wait til she wants to arrive.

Yeah i havent washed mine yet but ive still got 3 months i just wanted to get them out of the bags and make everything look cute!   i think ill probably being doing everything right up until shes born because im kind of a perfectionist/ocd lol and i know i wont want to do anything after shes born

That's what i'm saying, once she's born I just want to focus on her. I don't want to worry about having to do all these things that couldve been done before she was born. I'm kind of a perfectionist as well, my boyfriend doesn't understand my need to make everything perfect but I want everything clean and organized, no clutter allowed, etc.

yeah we havent even moved yet lol so im gonna have alot of work to do
