Ongoing headache - pain meds not helping

I know you're not doctors, but was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to why this is?
It's been consistent for at least two days. I gave birth to my son on nov 23rd - not sure if this is a factor.
It's not a really bad headache, but it lingers in my temples and it makes my whole wad tense. Especially my eyes I cant really blame it on sleep deprivation, since my boy is a decent sleeper and my SO watches over him until later so I can sleep in.
Blah. Headaches suck.

could very well be caused by hormone changes post pregnancy... keep hydrated with water, take some tylenol and just try to relax and sleep, or try taking some benedryl with tylenol   see if that helps!! Hope you feel better soon!!

Marijuana

I get them all the time in the same temple and behind my eye they are very painful and annoying, but best advice is to get motrin, and use an ice pack, heat never really helps but ice instantly helps and caffeine also helps, but sometimes there isn;t anything I can do just wait it out

Migrane?? Take some excedrin and drink a coke lay down with blanket or something covering ur eyes in dark room...
I started getting migranes after I had my 2nd baby, I get them often now   they lasted days until I finally thought it might me migrane

I had the same problem I never got migraines until after I had my son, hes 4 and I still get them at least once every 2 weeks

Do you take an iron supplement? I was really anemic after I had my son, and I always get bad headaches when my iron is low.

Yup... Jades almost 3, and I still get them, I notice I get them more when I'm about to start my period   hormones suck lol

Maybe I should - my mother always comments on how pale I look and how I need iron.

A) haha, I would but one, my son is young and I wouldn't feel right and two, I have bad anxiety and pot makes it worse!
B) 11 kids?!
