I'm 10 weeks pp. Still haven't had a period. I know after giving birth is when you're most fertile, but what if you haven't had a period yet? Do you still ovulate and have that chance of becoming pregnant? And would the morning after pill still be as effective if I haven't had a period?

I don't think the effectiveness of the morning after pill has anything to do with getting your period. It will only work if you're not pregnant yet. And since you haven't had a period you basically could have/can ovulate(d) anytime. And if you already ovulated and became pregnant...then obviously won't see a period.

I'm definitely not pregnant. Haven't even had sex yet but I'm not on any kind of birth control and haven't gotten a period so I was curious how all that works. Thank you!
