Quoting Chandra LaMae Reese:" I was always told it was a really bad thing...my 13 mo old always slept in her own room in her crib. ... [snip!] ... day she sleeps just fine on her own. And is it really that bad for her to do this? Are we going to "spoil" her or something?"
Quoting Chandra LaMae Reese:" That's just it though I'm not breast feeding...does that make a difference?"
Quoting Chandra LaMae Reese:" That's just it though I'm not breast feeding...does that make a difference?"Well you gotta remember, your baby is still brand new and used to be snuggled up ya know? It's normal for them to wanna be close to you. I didn't breastfeed our first and she maybe co slept with us a handful of times, for me, it's just different now that I'm BF. Mike is too hard of a sleeper, so if they go to bed before me, he puts Asher down on my pillow and mike sleeps on his own. In the beginning, Asher liked to be right beside me in the bed and would snuggle up to my face so tightly that our noses would be pressed against eachother He's gotten better about sleeping longer when he's not snuggled up to you though.
Quoting Chandra LaMae Reese:" Thank you ladies! It's good to hear its not as "dangerous" as I've heard and a lot more common"Welcome!!
