Charlie horse

i dont know what to do anymore. the pain wont stop. i woke up at 830 this morning with a charliehorse in each calve. (i bet it was a horribly funny sight me layingo n my back 32weeks prego trying to rub both my legs at the same time) the charlie horse it self has stopped but my legs are still in alot pain. i cant stand very long and nothing seems to be helping. iv drank alot of water and i mean even for bing pregnat i drank a lot. a tried bananas and rubing them more. icy hot helped for a little while but the pain was just as bad wen it wore off.i dont know what else to do it hurts like helllll

i got them with my son too. its the only other time in my life that i ever got them. its freaking horrible.

I know how you feel! I had 3 in one leg in one night and 1 in the other!!! all in the same night!!! you pretty much just have to let it wear off!!! maybe try a warm bath!!!

awwww!!!!  well get in the shower and let the hot water run on your legs for a while!!!
