Selling opened but never used car seat?

So my SO's uncle brought over a new convertible car seat for us to use because our LO was outgrowing her smaller one. Well my grandma had bought us this really nice forward facing car seat when I was pregnant and I opened it to see what it was like. Since we don't need it anymore is there any way we can sell it or get some of the money back on it? I know people are afraid of buying car seats from strangers but it seems like such a waste to just get rid of it.

Yes I am! Well I guess I feel stupid now.. I totally spaced about consignment stores.. Bleh It's been a bad day.. Thank you. I will look this place up.

I still have the box but I got rid of all the packaging that came around it.
