Meatloaf

Do you guys have any good recipes for meatloaf? ive never really liked it but my grandma does so i want to make it for her tonight. Its something she hasnt had in awhile so i have no clue what to even use in it besides meat and breadcrumbs

a couple eggs, milk-soaked breadcrumbs, oatmeal, I use crushed up ritz instead of breadcrumbs personally. and seasonings of course

1.5lbs ground beef, 2 eggs. can of tomatoes, box of stuffing, chopped green pepper and chopped onion, salt and pepper. Mix together form in loaf on baking pan then 1.2 cup ketchup, and about 1/3 brown sugar mice together put on top and bake at 375 for an hour

Ingredients

• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 8 ounces canned diced tomatoes with juice
• 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats

Topping:

• 1/3 cup ketchup
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon prepared mustard

Directions



Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix all meatloaf ingredients well and place in a baking dish. Shape into a loaf.
Topping:
Mix ingredients for topping and spread on loaf. Bake for 1 hour.

I tried something different because my husband LOVES meatloaf
2 lbs of hamburger
1 can of rotel
1 pack of crackers
2 eggs
mix it and bake it for about 1 hour 20 minutes on 425.
That or I have gotten a mix in the cheese section at the grocery store for burgers that has a meatloaf recipe in it as well. It's pretty good.

1.5-2 lbs ground beef
2 eggs
chopped onion (1/2 to 1 whole onion, depending on what you prefer)
1/4 cup ketchup
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup oatmeal
1 can tomato soup
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar

Stif beef, eggs, oatmeal, ketchup, salt and pepper, 1/2 of soup, and 1 T Worcestershire sauce with hands (it really is easier that way). Mold and put into large loaf pan. Stir brown sugar, rest of Worcestershire sauce, and rest of soup and pour over top of loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes.

3lb ground beef
Half onion
1/4 red pepper
1/4 green pepper
Bread crumbs
A whole garlic lclogs
2 eggs salt pepper
Italia n seasoning

To top it off 5 minutes before popping out the oven a beef gravy can buy in a jar
