Spitting/throwing up?

My baby is 2 1/2 weeks old. He spotted up all day today, but just awhile ago he threw up a couple of times. He is happy, no fever or anything. What could it be?

my son does the same thing.the doc said its normal..as long as he isnt running a temp and he isnt choking then he is ok
