My baby hates life...

My son is 11 months old and cries CONSTANTLYYYYYY! He cries when im not in the room with him, if i put him down, if anyone touches him, ANYTHING he cries... He has even made himself horse screaming! He is like a nb and wakes 2-4 times a night, ONCE he slept all night. I am still EBF and we found out about 2 months ago that he is allergic to cow milk, eggs and dogs. I always check what he is eating so I know its not something that will bother him. He is SOOOO unhappy 85% of the time. Im not sure if its because something hurts, if he just has a bad attitude or WHAT?!?!? Help?
