We put a space heater in the bathroom, I turn it on before baths and that helps. Just a thought  

I have 2 boys ages 2 & 4 they get a bath every night.

Usually every night or every other. Sometimes a couple times a day it really depends. Lots of times my youngest will bath in the morning when he sister is at school, then at night her sister will bath adn she'll wanna hop in again too. So she does. But i dont usually wash her hair both times.
So its hard to answer that its changes all the time. But usually just once a day, and sometimes we might skip a day.

When I nannied for my then sister in law (now we are just good friends and her borther is married to someone else) her five kids ranged in ages 2 to 10 and showers were Mon. Wed. Fri. and Sat. nights. Unless the two yr old had multiple accidents in the day (he was potty training) and then normally he'd get what we called a "butt bath" two maybe 3 inches of water, wash them down mostly focusing on the area beween the knees and belly button and out he'd get into clean clothes. The only reason they'd get baths/showers on saturday was because of church Sunday morning which they'd go with me IF they got up (which normally they didnt). We were lucky if all five got baths on thoses nights too. so usualy it ended up being 2-3 times a week.

Usually its every other night but ever since DD figure out how to get in and out of the tub on her own its impossible to take a shower by myself 

My school age children shower everyday. My stay at home kids bathe every other day.

I have an 8 and 9 year old. They shower every night before bed. Its just a routine thing, and they do it themselves completely. I just say its time. When they were younger it was every night to every other night based depending on what we did that day or how dirty.

For my step son his 3 has a shower morning and night. For my 2month old bath morning and night. I thought that was normal but seeing everyone else comments apparently not Haha

My eldest showers daily (12 years old)

My 18 month old is every other day depending on what she does at meal time with her food. She still sometimes likes doing her hair with supper. As for when she was a newborn every night to have a bed time routine. Calmed her down to go to bed. As she gets older it will be every day.

It isnt good for baby's skin to be submersed in water daily. Even adults really shouldnt shower daily.

Alayah takes a bath every night before going to my grandmas(me and SO work nights) then most of the time she takes a shower with me in the morning when I get home from work. She loves baths so it all just depends what she wants to do. Half the time she takes one at my grandmas to.

I could be wrong here, but I don't think it's so much the water as it is, the chemicals in body washes and soaps etc. is what's bad for your skin in excess.

Also, shampoos & conditioners aren't necessary every single day. When I was a teenager, I used to wash my hair 2 times a day, thinking that is what was good for it, but it's not.

yes this. my youngest will bad twice a day sometimes but usually one of the times is just to play we wont wash her hair or body.

We have really hard water at our house. I used to bathe the kids every day, every two days tops and they were fine. Now, unless they really need a bath the boys only get bathed every 3 days.

Once a day, sometimes twice.
