So, since I'm in a posting frenzy.... I'm gonna do a poll (because they are my FAVORITE!!) about the potential baby names I'm probably never going to use.

I definitely prefer Emmeline Anne to Emalyn Ann. Jacob Paul is a tad played out, especially Jacob. Jasper Paul would be cooler, imo.

Emalyn - not great, looks like you tried to be "unique" but failed.
Ann - lovely name, but a filler middle name.

Jacob - far too popular, your son would be one of many in his class...and it seems like you've given up on finding an original name.
Paul - nice name, but doesn't sound good with Jacob.

It reminds me of Evelyn... My husband is for Emmalyn.. I'm not against two "m"s ....I kinda prefer one M.... anyway... the exact spelling isn't somthing set in stone... since the prospect of me having anothr child isn't either.

Emalyn... got this name from Emmalin on Army Wives... I like Evelyn... that's why I chose that spelling.. Could also be Emmalyn...

Ann is my sisters middle name.. that is why I chose that name

Jacob... I've loved this and Jake since I was a girl... Sucks that the twilight thing made it ridiculously popular... but it's still one I've always loved..

Paul is my dads middle name. I like using middle names to honor family members if we so choose.

I really like Derek Paul.... after my cousin who passed away.. you remember that.. anyway... B isn't totally crazy about that.. I think he'd want Sawyer.. I'm not totally crazy about that..

well, we both know that palm reader said I'd have two boys then a girl so if I ever get another kid... it'll be a girl.. so a boy name is moot.. lol. just kidding.. I am thinking Allie is my girl though.. that she was talking about... hopefully!!

Well if you like Evelyn so much, why not go with that? If we have another kid & it's a girl, chances are we won't use the same name from this pregnancy if it's anything like how we didn't use the same name for boy from last pregnancy this time...make sense?
