Yes it has caffeine in it. Look it up & read about it. I'm honestly not sure what all is in it.

You can get it at any special vitamin store. GNC, The Vitamin Shoppe, etc.

I used Oxyelite pro, I had a really successful time the 1st bottle then went on the break for about 2months and then went back on them and my anxiety went through the roof, I had ridiculous mood swings and I would just sit around.. I have been off for about 8months and have considering trying again but this time taking one a day rather then 2-3 and staying off on the weekends. It did give me the ability to work out double what I would have had I not taken them.

've also tooken oxy elite pro and it really helped me lose weight. I went from 189 to 165 in two months and I didnt gain the weight back. I was going to start taking them again but decided not to because my blood pressure is high and taking oxy elite pro would probably make it sky rocket.

I wouldn't recommend diet pills, me and my now husband use to take them all the time. Stackers, hydroxycut, NV...until he had a seizure from one of them. Never again, freaked me out for life. Which is crazy cause I have almost fainted on them and it didn't phase me but watching what it did to my husband freaked me out.

I do take a multi vitamin everyday, the active metabolism from one a day and they seem to help.
