posted 4th Dec
So my last docs appt went great... but doc says I have an excessive amt of fluid so my water could break very easily... he says bc I'm 38 wks along its ok if that happens. The only problem is my water won't break! Everyone keeps sayin to have sex... and the hubby and I have been at it like rabbits and so far nothing...anyone have any ideas as to how to make this happen?? I'm at the end of my rope here and ready for this to b over....

Your water usually doesn't break until you're in active labor...why do you want it to break now?

Maybe your baby isn't quite ready for it to be over yet. Its a good thing your water won't break before your baby is ready to come out. It will all be over soon!

You don't have to force your water to break. Just let it happen on it's own. Most women have to have their doctors break it during labor anyway.

You don't want your water to break without being in labor. Just wait, it'll happen when your body is ready.
