23 weeks and spotting..

Im 23 weeks pregnant and im spottig bright red blood...
Any expierence this? I called my doctors office they said go right in even tho i have an appointment tomorrow morning.
Icalled the ER they said to lay on my side and drink water.
What do i do???

Go to hospital immediately!

I would go see the doctor if they told you to go in.

Have u had sex recently? How much is it? If honestly go in. Better safe than sorry

No sex for a couple days.
It was just like 5 spots.about pea sixed.

I had bleeding at 23 weeks but mine was because of having sex. I would go in honey esp if you havent had sex,lifted anything heavy,stress on your body.. hope everything is ok!

Ive been really stressed today. Could that be it?

go to L&D

This one's a no brainer. If your dr told you to go in and get checked, don't you think that's what you should do instead of listening to some random nurse from L&D?

I had bright red spotting all throughout my first pregnancy and they never could find the cause of it. I ended up having a perfect healthy baby girl 4 days before her due date. So don't panic. The best thing to do is to go to the hospital just to make sure everything is okay and for your own peace of mind. I went in every time and it was at least once a month lol.

It can be alot of things that can cause bleeding. I would go in to be sure it wasnt something serious. We can all tell you what it might be from what we've gone through , but we dont know for sure that what causing your problem. And I would think you'd rather have your baby checked and it be nothing than it be serious nd do nothing about it.

I didnt even talk to my doctor it was a nurse at my office.

Stress may/may not have something to do with it. I would keep an eye on it and if it tapers off then IMO I would wait it out. But if.you start cramping or it gets heavier then by all means go!!! I mean if its only a couple drops pea sized then I would definitely keep an eye but I wouldn't be like OMG I'm dying.. ya know? Just watch it momma and usually your instincts will tell you.
