Normal Af

My periods are very irregular and when I do get one, it's only like 2-3 days and SUPER heavy. Not to mention terrible cramps. What is considered a normal period?

for me, my periods are always pretty heavy the first couple of days. that usually lasts 2-3 days, then 2 days of light spotting. everyone is different though!

I have no spotting afterwards just very bad cramps. I just started bc Sunday too, that could be the cramping.

My periods are totally irregular and last about 2 weeks.   I tooootally wish I had a normal period.
